About East Valley Elite Garage Door

We connect East Valley homeowners with independent, ROC-verified garage door companies. Here's exactly how that works, and what we are and aren't.

What We Are

East Valley Elite Garage Door is an independent referral and matching service for garage door repair and installation across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, AZ. Tell us what's going on with your door — a broken spring, an off-track emergency, an opener that won't respond, or a new installation — and we route your request to an independent, local garage door company that reports holding an active Arizona ROC license and serves your area. We're operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC.

What We Are Not

East Valley Elite Garage Door is not a licensed contractor and does not repair or install garage doors ourselves. We don't employ technicians, own service trucks or spring-winding tools, or perform any garage door work of any kind. Every job is completed by an independent local company that runs its own business, sets its own price, and carries its own licensing and insurance. Cost figures published on this site are general reference ranges we've researched — not a price we're offering to honor, and not a quote for your specific job.

Why a Matching Service Instead of Just a Search

A plain search or directory hands you a list of names and leaves the vetting entirely to you. We take it a step further: our licensing & comparison guide lays out how to check a company's Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) status yourself, using the same standard we point homeowners toward before they call anyone. We'd rather you make an informed choice than a fast one.

Our Research Methodology

Cost ranges and guidance on this site come from named, dated research — including direct review of real East Valley garage door companies' own published pricing, license disclosures, and BBB profiles — cited on the pages that use them. Regulatory claims (Arizona ROC licensing structure, contractor-advertising law, HOA guidance) are checked against primary sources rather than assumed, and are date-stamped so they can be rechecked as rules change. If something on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, we correct it at the source, and the correction carries through everywhere that fact is referenced.

Where We Serve

Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek & San Tan Valley, AZ (East Valley). See our service area map for city-specific pages, or jump straight to Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, or San Tan Valley.

A Note on Licensing

We work with providers who report holding an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license — typically R-60/C-60/CR-60 (Finish Carpentry, the classification that covers metal doors) or a similar specialty/carpentry classification. Arizona has no separate "garage door" classification, so a company can be legitimately licensed without appearing under a "garage door" search. Verify any company yourself at the ROC Contractor Search (azroc.my.site.com/AZRoc/s/contractor-search) before hiring.

You can check any company's status yourself, free, at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' own ROC Contractor Search, or review the classification list directly at roc.az.gov.

A Note on How We Describe Ourselves

Arizona law (A.R.S. § 32-1165) makes it a misdemeanor to advertise the ability to perform licensed contractor work without holding that license, and Arizona ROC guidance separately calls for an unlicensed advertiser to disclose that it is not a licensed contractor. We take that seriously: everywhere on this site, we describe ourselves as a referral and matching service, never as the company doing the repair or installation. See our Terms of Service for the full picture of how the matching relationship works.
